Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Dashboard and Visualization Analyst to join our team. The Operations Dashboard and Visualization Analyst will be responsible for driving data constructs, definitions/logic, and building/maintaining/evolving dashboards. They will work closely with various stakeholders to identify their needs and translate them into plans to drive data structures and objectives.

Job Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau and Einstein Analytics
Drive data constructs, definitions/logic to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions to address them
Develop and implement reports and visualizations to support decision-making
Manage end-to-end dashboard development, from data collection to visualization
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Ensure dashboard functionality and user experience meet stakeholder needs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to operations dashboard and visualization
Ability to analyze, assess, and execute in a fast-paced environment
Provide outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
3+ years of experience in dashboard development, data analysis, or related field
Expertise with BI tools such as Tableau and Einstein Analytics
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, SAP, Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint
Full-stack dashboard experience and report/visualization development
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze, assess, and execute in a fast-paced environment
