Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Analyst to join our team. The Senior Performance Analyst will be responsible for managing territory structures and alignment, performance analytics, and ad hoc reporting. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business intelligence and advanced analytics solutions that drive data structures and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Manage territory structures and alignment to optimize sales performance.
Conduct performance analytics and ad hoc reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
Develop and implement business intelligence and advanced analytics solutions to drive data structures and objectives.
Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven objectives.
Analyze, assess, and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to performance analytics and reporting development.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders through outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity in SQL, Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in performance analytics, reporting development, or related field.
Strong technical skills, including experience with SQL, Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand various stakeholders' needs and translate them into data-driven objectives.
Experience in business analysis, implementation of business intelligence, and advanced analytics solutions.
Ability to analyze, assess, and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
