Your Impact:

  • Support Sales with process creation, standardization, automation, and improvements and gather feedback from top performers
    • Contact top performers in sales org to gather feedback on time spent across ‘Non-Sales Activity’ (NSA) and brainstorm how to minimize selling obstacles and administrative work
    • Identify Sales Play SMEs by Region to create Sales Play SME Group
    • Identify top ‘wins’ across Sales Plays to spotlight in upcoming communications, All Hands/ other events
  • Support Sales with best practices to work Sales Plays, create customer relationships, access relevant sales assets
    • Help to host Sales Play Office Hours, engage with sales teams, get feedback on Sales Plays
    • Identify topics to include in Quota Crusher Best Practice sharing (Sales Plays, SFDC hygiene, Tools Optimization)
    • Teach sales management how to gather business insights from Sales Play reporting and how to manage their teams’ ongoing execution of Sales Plays
    • Assist in managing key landing sites for sales content: One-Stop-Shop (sales assets), Sales Play site (details and assets for specific, quarterly Sales Plays), Tools Optimization site
  • Support Sales with Tools Optimization
    • Identify best practices by Rep Role to leverage sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, SFDC)
    • Manage licenses, usage of, and engagement with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for Sales
    • Manage creation of sales enablement videos for on-demand, self-service for LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other key sales tools
    • Identify SMEs for primary sales tools by Region to create Tools Optimization SME Group
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement and PMMs to ensure sales enablement sessions and related sales assets are created/ published for Sales as needed
    • Identify gaps in sales skills, sales assets by product/ solution and verify action plans are in place to address
    • Program Manage aspects of this including organization of meetings, follow up activities, and providing updates

Your Experience:

  • Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail along with an interest in Organizational Learning, Sales, and Project Management
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint); familiarity with Asana is a plus, but not required; higher skillset in Excel is also a big plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and related reporting, dashboards is a huge plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while working with sensitive information
  • Team player; works efficiently and can be flexible and switch gears quickly if projects need to be set aside for high priority escalations and urgent matters
