Your Role:

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll exercise both your technical and interpersonal skills as you work with our customers to position the best technical solutions. We look for candidates who are competent and committed to the SolarWinds mission and display an exemplary attitude.

Your Impact:

Meet with Account Managers to help identify the appropriate solutions to present.
Work with prospects to install and configure the best monitoring solution that fits their need.
Engage in account strategy discussions with our Solutions Architects/Engineers
Gather detailed customer feedback to share with our product management and development team
Dedicate training time in one of the following technology disciplines
Networking
Systems
Virtualization
Databases
Cloud (Azure/AWS)

Your Experience:

Strong technical understanding in IT
Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
Previous or current courses in Computer Science
Team player
Curious and driven to understand
At least one very geeky hobby or subject you seriously nerd out on
