Your Role:


Are you someone who wants to grow in your career? As a SLED and Healthcare Marketing Manager focused supporting the State and Local, Education, and healthcare markets, you’ll have a significant impact on the growth of our business through lead generation focused marketing campaigns. We look for candidates who are competent and committed to the SolarWinds mission and display exemplary attitude.


Your Impact:

  • In this role, you will be able to drive leads and in turn ROI for internal SLED team and Healthcare team
  • Collaborate – Works closely with the channel sales manager, and distributors and resellers to develop and build and execute channel partner marketing plans. Works with the Public Sector marketing leadership and sales teams to fulfill both near term and long-term lead generation and awareness goals for the SLED Team and Healthcare Team
  • Lead – Works closely with marketing and sales management to develop and build account-based marketing activities to support sales goals
  • Drive – Develops and executes quarterly marketing plans for the State and Local, Education, and Healthcare teams, including activities such as: email, trade shows, webinars, seminars, web merchandising on SolarWinds properties, online advertising, social media, channel programs, and more
  • Build strategies – Leverages robust analytics to manage to track weekly lead generation goals, adjusting activities based on results & the needs of the sales organization

Your Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 4+ years of Marketing experience; public sector experience required – SLED, channel experience strongly preferred, healthcare experience a plus
  • Execution and strategy skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to drive and run programs independently from concept creation through execution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; thrives in collaborative work environments
  • Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
  • Familiarity with data analysis
  • Ability to assist with management and tracking of budget and PO process
  • The ability to work closely with both the team in Reston, VA and with virtual teams from other offices
