Your Role:

This position is part of our Global Internship Program, which gives chance to new talents show themselves and with our support improve and thrive. It is an on-site paid internship on our site in Brno in The Czech Republic. The length is limited – for 3 months, from the 1st of July 2023 until the end of September 2023, for full-time employment – 40 hours per week. This internship cannot be done remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for asset lifecycle management
  • Provide first-level assistance to internal resources
  • Provide a high level of professionalism when dealing with employees
  • Will be required to document, track and monitor the issues to resolution.
  • Provide hardware troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, and misc. electronic devices.
  • Configure and deploy desktop/laptop, create various accounts, provision phone,
  • Provide Microsoft desktop support
  • Deployment of new machines (laptops, desktops)
  • Manage Administrative local privileges on desktops/laptops
  • Install and configure desktop OS’s (Windows 10 and Mac OS) for various scenarios.
  • Install, configure, and support Office 365
  • Install and manage security software on desktops
  • Support VPN users
  • Assist in the administration of the Active Directory

 

Qualifications:

  • Should have some experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Help Desk / Desktop Support experience Oral and written Czech and English communication skills
  • Nice to have some experience with Apple iOS (iPhone & iPad), and an understanding of Network Protocols i.e. (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc.)
