Your Role:

Are you passionate about delivering a Best-In-class, comprehensive Total Rewards offerings to employees globally? As a SolarWinds’ Total Reward Manager, you will create programs, policies and execute towards delivering a competitive scalable total rewards philosophy globally across Compensation, Benefits, Rewards, Perks and more. This person would be obsessed with iterative and continuous process improvement based on customer feedback.

 

Your Impact:

  • Evaluates, implements, and executes SolarWinds' global compensation programs and projects. Manages a selection of global compensation processes such as annual compensation planning and bonuses. Ensures regional and global salary structures and compensation programs are competitive and desirable. Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead annual merit and bonus review process by working with internal partners to ensure timely completion of year-end deliverables including systems set up, training HRBPs, consulting on recommendations, and providing analytics.
  • Support the planning, design, communication, and operationalization of market-competitive total rewards packages.
  • Support the analysis, design, and development of incentive plans, in partnership with the finance team.
  • Align plans with the company's People and overall business strategies and ensure compensation programs are designed to drive company results and collaboration. Analyze competitiveness of compensation programs and recommend improvements in areas for change. • Develop communication and training plans for compensation programs.
  • Motivate team to reach its full potential. Recognize and develop employee growth and create opportunities for high performance. Translate company goals into functional department and individual career goals and provide support and guidance to employees.
  • Lead by example in promoting a positive, team-oriented culture and reinforce department and company values. Provide leadership to team through a “player/coach” approach.
  • Support the delivery of equity award programs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Manage and recommend changes to the annual compensation calendar; ensure timely integration with budget planning and alignment to the pay-for performance philosophy.
  • Oversee survey submission process.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to business and People leaders on pay decisions, guideline interpretations, and job evaluations. Provide creative solutions to SolarWinds’ problems.
  • Take the lead with base compensation and job mapping during M&A integrations.
  • Develop, identify, and deploy tools and standard business processes to address annual salary planning, bonus plan administration, job documentation, job evaluation, job structure and compensation ranges, and salary surveys (local, regional, national, and international). Monitor use and adherence to processes and the consistent use of tools.
  • Monitor trends in total rewards, legislative changes, and the businesses that impact compensation programs; evaluate and recommend program changes. Basic Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to tailor materials to match the level of the audience; ability to communicate with various stakeholders including business leaders, peers, and employees
  • Demonstrated experience in compensation analysis, trends, and best practices
  • Highly analytical, adaptable, and pragmatic
  • Advanced proficiency with MS office Suite; project management skills
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility to partner effectively with business leaders and People colleagues to deliver effective processes, programs, and tools that support business goals
  • Knowledge of legal statutory requirements governing employee compensation and the maintenance of employee data
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence across management teams and functions of an organization; strong collaboration and customer service skills
  • A sense of urgency and a proactive approach; highly effective decision-making capabilities and sound judgment
  • Ability to manage projects, self-direct, manage multiple priorities, and work in a result-oriented environment Preferred

Your Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation roles of increasing responsibility in a public company
  • 3-4 years' leadership or people management experience
  • International experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    Great organizational skills, high attention to detail, and strong sense of urgency and bias to action
